To be the leading voice in shaping an innovative, inclusive, and sustainable financial sector that drives economic growth and financial empowerment for all Malawians.
Mission
To represent, advocate for, and support the financial sector in Malawi by fostering a conducive and collaborative environment and advancing industry standards to promote financial inclusion & empowering communities.
Our core Values
BAM’s Core values are the fundamental beliefs and principles that underpin our organization. They are our cultural cornerstones, providing a shared framework for decision-making, behavior, and interactions. They are our compass guiding the Secretariat’s journey, shaping its identity, culture, and success. The acronym for these core values is ICICLES
